Visit From LDA Advisor

If you run an ungraded accommodation property and would like to improve your business performance, then the London Development Agency (LDA) will arrange for you to receive a free visit from one of our advisors.

The visit is designed to help you understand

• Why quality and business performance are inextricably linked.
• What improvements could be right for your business.
• The simple things that can make a difference to your guests.
• The marketing opportunities that a star rating from either the AA or VisitEngland brings to your business.
• How to identify the most appropriate star level for your business.

Initial visits will last between three and four hours. There is no charge. At the end of the visit the advisor will help you decide whether you would like to receive follow up one to one business advice and in what areas.
