The Green Source - A purchasing guide for hoteliers
Compiled by The Considerate Hoteliers Association, with funding from the London Development Agency, this free detailed 161 page report looks at every aspect of the hotel’s purchasing from utilities and stationery to alcohol, uniforms and work wear. It provides practical tips and helps hoteliers decide which of the many new so-called green products on the market are gadgets rather than truly green.
